Time Frame: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund process will be initiated immediately.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return and refund as per our Return Policy detailed below.
